You could say that I’m the glue that keeps the team together, whilst dealing with the administrative side of the business I communicate with John, Lee and Carl in order to attend to any works/emergency works which may come in throughout the day.

Communication is key to running a successful business. It’s also very important to the men, when they’re feeling a little bit peckish, I often get a phone call “Can you quickly make us some lunch so that we can pick it up on our way through?”

I’m very proud and consider myself lucky to work with both of our sons and my husband on a daily basis. (I think they would agree, considering I am their dinner lady too!)
